The Met Office have issued snow warnings for Wirral tonight and tomorrow, as a weather front moves in and collides with a colder air mass above Britain.
Although Wirral has been issued a snow warning snow showers are expected to affect mainly the north and northwest of the UK.
At the moment there’s more of a chance of the area seeing sleet & rain rather than snow but 1-3cm could be expected in the warning area the Met Office say.
Strong winds of up to 40mph are expected to continue to last through the night.
